Ryde

If you are interested in the Alexander Technique and live or work in the north of the island, then my Ryde location may be most convenient for you.

Moose Hall is in Lind Place, near the centre of Ryde. It is about a quarter of a mile from the transport interchange (Bus Station / Ryde Esplanade Railway Station). There is a council car park directly outside Moose Hall. Lessons take place at number 1 Moose Hall.

Lake

I also used give lessons in the Alexander Technique at The Island Therapy Centre in Lake. Unfortuneately this has now had to close, so I am looking for an alternative place to teach in the South of the island. Ventnor would be good, but I am happy to consider any location which would be suited to those living or working in the Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor areas. Please contact me if you know of anywhere suitable.
